Observation

Staff were not aware of missing child until approximetly 20-30 minutes after Director received a phone call from the parent that child had walked home. Staff and children had left classroom and went to playground for a short period of time and then returned to the classroom. Child likely went missing during this transistion. Staff was not aware of what child was doing at all times. ?? "No observation provided."
